Every melon is picked with the chlorophyll in the stem and cold-shipped directly. By the time you pick yours up, it's 0 to 2 days fresh off the farm. We don't store inventory — we move fast.

Seedless fruit is engineered fruit. It can't reproduce, it has a fraction of the nutrients, and honestly, it doesn't taste like fruit is supposed to taste. We believe in seeded varieties because that's how nature designed them — alive, capable of regenerating, and full of the flavor the seedless industry has stripped away.
